Dogtown Realty ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our website or contact us about our real estate services.

1. Information you provide

We collect the information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, real estate interests and message. This includes contact inquiries, property valuation requests and newsletter or other registration forms. Please do not include sensitive financial documents or identification numbers in a general website inquiry.

2. Website activity, cookies and third-party features

Our website is hosted on Wix. Wix and the features loaded on our site may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, pages visited and interactions with the site. Cookies and similar technologies may support site operation, security, preferences and analytics.

Twipla Session Recordings remains installed, but its website recording script is disabled. Installed features also include an Instagram feed and accessibility widgets; third-party features may process information when they load or when you use them.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some features and does not necessarily stop every form of website analytics. Contact us if you have questions about tracking or your privacy choices.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare requested property valuations, provide real estate services, send information you request, manage our communications, maintain and improve the website, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. If you subscribe to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time.

4. When information is shared

We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, forms, email, customer relationship management, analytics and property-search features. We may also share information with brokerage or MLS partners when needed to provide the services you request, or when disclosure is required by law. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information. For questions about information sharing, contact us at ben@dogtownrealty.com.

5. Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you or to request access, correction or deletion. Depending on the law that applies, you may have additional rights, including rights to know about collection and sharing, opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising, and exercise privacy rights without discrimination. Applicable exceptions and verification requirements may apply.

Send privacy requests to ben@dogtownrealty.com. We may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records before acting on a request.

To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us. If you receive marketing text messages from us, follow the opt-out instructions in the message, such as replying STOP. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary communications about a request or transaction.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's privacy
